In September 2021, The College changed password management systems. The change in systems enhances our cybersecurity. To utilize this new system all students, faculty and staff need to complete a one-time registration. This registration takes place the first time you log into any application that uses single sign-on authentication. Applications that use single sign on include myMack, Xfinity on Campus, iGrad, Handshake, and many others with more added every month. the registration process will prompt you to add a cell phone number or three security questions that can be used to recover your account if you are ever locked out. The recommendation is to set up both methods so that you have multiple options for password recovery.
